Dr. Mayank Tenguria
Founder Director, Consultant & Industry Mentor
With over 15 years of experience in biotechnology and life sciences training, research, and industry collaboration, Mayank Tenguria founded Biotalentomics to bridge the critical gap between skilled talent and the evolving needs of biotech and life sciences companies. A biotechnologist by training, he holds a B.Sc., M.Sc., and Ph.D. in Biotechnology and has dedicated his career to advancing talent development and industry readiness.
An accomplished entrepreneur, Mayank established Lenience Biotech Lab in 2010 and later founded Molmet Biotech Research Pvt. Ltd. in 2022, where he currently serves as Director & CEO. His deep-rooted understanding of academia and industry empowers him to offer strategic recruitment consulting, guiding candidates toward meaningful careers and helping organizations find talent that aligns with their goals.
Mayank has served on Institutional Ethics Committees at IISER Bhopal and SRK University, Member Board of Studies at Government MLB Girls PG (Auto) College, Bhopal, has authored several publications and books, and holds extensive expertise in molecular biology, phytochemical research, microbiology, and industrial biotechnology.
